These pages contain the history of RAF Fairford.
There is a lot of work still to be done however this is the
history researched so far.
Future work will include making it more colourful, linking each
item to its source
and adding more content as it is found.
Sources used so far include the RAF, the Public Records Office,
the Times Newspaper, the US Air
Force,
the Air Force Historical Research Agency, and local aircraft enthusiasts.
